Not possible to submit changes after failed Quality Check

Dear iMusician Team,

On my last planned release, iMusician found several issues with the metadata. After I fixed the issues, the platform let me tick the all boxes but not proceed and the “submit” button is still greyed out.
Yes, I made sure that all requested information was updated and corrected.
What do I do now?
