Di seguito i dettagli del brano e le problematiche riscontrate:

Errore Crediti Spotify (SongDNA)
Nella sezione “SongDNA” (Crediti) del brano su Spotify, due dei musicisti accreditati sono stati erroneamente associati ai profili di due artisti omonimi che non hanno alcuna relazione con la nostra band.
Nome da correggere 1: Samuele Russo → Attualmente collegato per errore al profilo Spotify di un omonimo.
Nome da correggere 2: Domenico Giordano → Attualmente collegato per errore al profilo Spotify di un omonimo.
Chiediamo gentilmente di inviare un aggiornamento dei metadati a Spotify per scollegare questi due nomi dai profili errati. I due membri della band non possiedono un profilo artista Spotify verificato, quindi i loro nomi devono comparire come semplice stringhe di testo.
Errore Distribuzione e Canale YouTube Topic
Il nostro brano (Art Track) è stato erroneamente inserito nel canale YouTube “Topic” di un’altra band omonima.

Contestualmente, vi chiedo l’invio del modulo ufficiale per richiedere l’attivazione del nostro Canale Artista Ufficiale (OAC) su YouTube. Abbiamo già provveduto a creare e configurare il canale proprietario della band.

Hi Carlos, I just opened the form and to be fair I don’t really know how to fill it; the issue here is that in the “SongDNA” section on Spotify, two of my band members’ names are linked to the wrong Spotify verified accounts. As a matter of fact, they don’t have any verified account, so the music isn’t on the wrong Spotify profile, but neither is the music from another artist on ours. The song is in the right profile, just the credits are wrong. How do I move on from here?

This is a personal channel, not a Topic one. Does your band have its own Artist - Topic channel?
Just fill out the form as if the music was on the wrong Spotify profile, but instead of the artist name just enter band member’s names. It works the same way
Great! Thanks for your help. Also, about the form, I didn’t send it yet because I still have a couple doubts about it;
for example, in the “Which profile was your music incorrectly assigned to?” field, I put the two artists profiles’ links but it seems like I can put just one;
also, in the next field, “Do you already have an artist profile on Spotify?” do I flag yes or no? because my two band members in question don’t have an artist profile I think I need to flag the no, but I’m not really sure.
I’m really sorry for stretching this topic for so long but I’m really scared to do something wrong
