Old revenues disappeared

Hello I publiched a record with the old original iMusicianDigital service and we had about 100€ to collect. Now in the new website no trace of them. I have some credit which I do not know what to do with it and just a few € to be collect. How is that possible ?

Hey @Emanuele.g, what do you mean by this? The current service is still the “original” one :joy:

Hi Carlos, yes I am sorry we website had a different interface when I published my CD back in 2017. So out total Sales and Royalties is not totally available in the Request payout section. When we published our record back in 2017 we payed to be able to get 100% of our revenues, while now it seems I have to pay extra to get my money. Is it an error or anything we do about it ? Thanks !

Can you please refer me to the section in your dashboard that suggests this?

Revenue → Payout overview → Your credits.

Your credits

Cash credit EUR 2.77

Promo credit EUR 60.66

If I try to Request payout I can not select more than 2.77 €.

That’s normal, promo credits cannot be withdrawn to your bank/PayPal account. You can only request a payout for the 2,77€ cash credit that’s on your iMusician account.

Hi Carlos, ok sorry but now if I go to Revenue and check all years I have a total of 63,61€. Those are revenues generated by my music. How can I cash them ? Why would you give some of them as promo credits ?

Yes, that’s the amount your music has generated since your iMusician account was created. However this is not the same as the available amount you can withdraw. As I already told you, the amount that’s available for withdrawal (your cash credit) is 2.77€

To be honest I find this really not transparent. Could you point out where all this is regulated in the original contract I had on the day of my publication ?

What do you mean by this?
