Only 2 songs out of 15 show Spotify Streams in musician reporting for whole of the year 2025. For other services like Apple Music, all is good.
In Spotify, I see streams counted, more than 1000 per song.
I opened tickets in my account, but for 2 weeks, no replay.
Can you please look at my ticket?
Is there a problem with the ticketing?
Thanks.
Regards
Thomas
The data you see on your dashboard corresponds to what was communicated to us by the shops. Keep in mind that what you see on your Spotify for Artists are trends, which is not the same as your sales.
It’s not because you see some trends on your Spotify for Artists that they will result in sales later on. Each shops makes thourough verifications before validating & monetizing streams and sometimes some are annulled (e.g. if they were not organic streams).
Hi Carlos,
Strange… for 6 months no “organic sales” for 13 songs out of 1 release, but for 2 songs yes?
I never bought any plays etc… I do not have Spotify for artists, just a single account, where I see summary plays per song.
cheers
Thomas
Well, I can’t really comment on that since we’re not involved in the revenue calculation process. But if that’s what the DSPs concluded, then yes.
In any case, I’ve checked your latest sales report (June 2025) and I can see that there are way more than “only 2 songs” that generated revenue, so I’m not sure I understand what you’re enquiring about?
Hi Carlos ! Thanks so far!
Did you see my ticket? Will someone check that?
As said, one of my releases is affected only, Code 4069493175073
I checked whole year 2025 and only 2 songs of the release has have reported Spotify plays in imusician data.
Hi Carlos,
you cannot take Apple streams, its only about Spotify streams…
only “what can I do now” and “lay your weapon down” show Spotify streams in Spotify for whole 2025, all other songs show no Spotify streams…
Yes, but again, these are the numbers that have been communicated to us by all the shops you see on the sales report! I understand you may find this disappointing, but there isn’t more to add on this matter
