i have alerted that there is a problem with my release BEFORE my release. today my release is due and yet it is still checked as “in quality check”. asked you guys for help and nobody has even told me the issue is being dealt with. this is obnoxious. worst part is that i paid for a yearly sub and paid for this release and STILL I GET LOW END SERVICE.
