Over 1 month since release, still no beatport upload

Hey, was wondering if it can take longer than a month for a release to show up on a newly created beatport label account? OK if I have to wait longer, not a big deal, but just wanted to make sure theres not an issue with it that needs to be resolved before it will ever go live, or something of that nature

Hey @snowday, what’s the release you’re referring to (title, barcode) ?

Hey @snowday, it looks like you haven’t registered your label with Beatport. That’s a requirement in order to have your music there, can you please take a look at this page?
