Paid £10 to edit release but was then told I needed to upgrade

Hi

I pressed ‘pay’ by accident whilst preparing a release, and I had not checked the release details fully. Pressing ‘pay’ seemed to lock me out of the release preparation/editing pages. I then clicked on the option to pay £10 to be able to edit the release details. I paid this amount (Invoice #3291485) but I was still unable to edit the release. So I paid for the release, assuming that once this was done I could submit changes but then I was told I needed to upgrade in order to be able to do this.

Can you explain how I can edit my release details on the basis of the £10 fee that I have already paid to you, as requested by you, in order to be able to do this?

Thanks

Also, if pressing ‘pay’ (even if you don’t then enter payment details etc. and confirm the payment) is going to lock you out the release editing pages, a warning to that effect would be helpful. Thanks.

Actually, I have now found an option to send a question about changing a release, so perhaps that’s what the £10 extra covers? It’s not very clear.

hi @Jez , it’s possible, but maybe we better wait for an answer of the Team to be sure :v:

Hi @Jez, thanks for your message.

You found out exactly hor the change is working: when you pay the fee, then you are requested to fill out a form requesting the change and the option to attach a file as audio file or artwork.

Please note that in case of any doubt, we have detailed articles on our website and FAQ section, where this process is explained:

I will now close this thread and write you a DM requesting the changes

Hope this helps and have a great day!

All the best,

Hi @Jez, here me back! No need for the DM, I found your request and corrected the title 1.

Now your release will be reviewed by our quality team and we will get back to you in case of any correction.

Kudos for your music and wishing you a great day!

All the best,
