Last week (02/14/2025) I paid 10€ for a change request, in my dashboard message system I asked to change the artwork for my release EAN 4069493189445 and joined the new artwork. On wednesday (02/19/2025) Melani asked by email to provide the new artwork via wetransfer which I did. Since then the file has not been downloaded and the wetransfer link expires tomorrow. So I’d like to know if you have received the wetransfer link and when my change will be effective.
