Paid for Amplify+ upgrade, but still nothing

3 months ago, I paid for an Amplify+ plan so I could release to Apple Classical, but to this day I’m still stuck on the Starter Plan. And every time I try to subscribe now, I get told I have an existing order. The following image is a screenshot of my receipt.
