Paid for Pitch and I musician did not do it

Hi guys, so nowdays we can’t reach Imuscian, not event via a ticket… so we paid CHF 60.- for play list pitching and they did not deliver. how can we get in touch or get our money back?

also seeing that almost no one ever got a reply to any question, feels like this forum is just a play for imuscian to calm costumers with “care” when they just take money…
