1. Spotify Artist URI for my release: EAN 4071624100687
   Artist: Fio.na
   Title: blue moon
   Release date: August 28, 2026

2. I paid for priority email support (invoice 3466279) but i really can’t find how to access that. Can you let me know? Thanks!

hi,

I did pay the $20 for priority email support and have tried multiple ways to get access to it (different browsers, clearing cache, making sure everything is updated) & when I click the link on this page it says it can’t find the server.

I also don’t have the “Need Help? > Ask.” button on my dashboard.

I need to contact support bc the email I got with my Spotify URI once my release went live is still missing. Pls help!
