I paid for my song to be available on a specific date on instagram and Facebook under “shops”. I received confirmation from iMusician that this was delivered, however, when I search for the music it is NOT THERE!
Customer support is no where to be found, no email, no phone number. Please fix this error or refund my money back.
Please make sure to use a private account and not a Business one, otherwise you won’t be able to access the licensed music library (which includes your own music). More info on this here.
