Paid money for release, but the song was not delivered!

I paid to publish my song the 17th of July and it had to be out the 15th of August. Today the is still not available in youtube, spotify, apple music… In my account is says “paid - control in progress” Is there anything you can do to solve this problem? Otherwise I want to be refunded .

There are 2 problems with this release:

  1. We need the full legal names of the composers. Streaming platforms do not accept pseudonyms in this section.

  1. We need the full legal names of the performers (guitarist, drummer, programmer, etc.).
