Paid release blocked by persistent system validation errors

Hello everyone,

I am posting here because I honestly do not know what else to do at this point.

We paid for a release through iMusician, but the release is currently blocked by warnings that appear to be caused by the system itself.

The situation:
• iMusician claims that the tracks were previously released.
• This is not true. The tracks only appeared as part of a podcast episode and were never officially released as standalone music releases.
• There was also a metadata/title issue initially, which I corrected on Friday.
• The corrected titles are now visibly saved correctly in the release metadata.
• However, the warning icons and validation errors still remain exactly the same as before.

So the system seems to keep validating old metadata even after corrections are made.

I already contacted support several times (ticket #602333), but so far I have received no substantive response at all — only automated replies and references to the community forum.

What makes this especially frustrating is:
• the release was already paid for,
• the release date is now at risk,
• and there appears to be no effective support path for resolving a system-side issue in a reasonable timeframe.

At this point I have spent many hours trying to solve something that no longer seems to be under my control.

Has anyone experienced something similar?
Is there any way to force a metadata revalidation or get an actual manual review from iMusician?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hey @vnc,

After you’ve made the corrections, you must check the box next to each issue to confirm the changes. After that, you’ll be able to submit your corrections by clicking the designated button at the bottom of the page.
