Paid release not published – JUST TRY (Radio Edit) by LUCI$ANO (ISRC CH6542631644)

Hello,

I need assistance regarding my release “JUST TRY (Radio Edit)” by LUCI$ANO .

The release has been paid for, but it has not been published yet.

Details:

  • Track: JUST TRY (Radio Edit)
  • Artist: LUCI$ANO
  • ISRC: CH6542631644
  • EAN / Barcode: 4069493678840

The status currently shows: “Paid - Quality Checks in Progress” .

I can also see that this release contains two tracks, including:

  • Everybody Is Looking for Love (Extended)
  • Artist: LUCI$ANO
  • ISRC: CH6542627143

This second track was already released successfully in the past, so I’m not sure why the release was created with two tracks.

At the moment, the release still shows “Paid - Quality Checks in Progress” , and “JUST TRY (Radio Edit)” has not been published.

Could you please help me understand what is causing the delay and what I should do to get the release published?

This track was added by the person who placed the order for the release. Should it be removed from the release or not?
