Payed for support - change release date - still no access

Hello I just pad 10€ to change (after a wrong typing) the date of my release. A bit excessive “service cost” for that, but: the money is gone (the invoice is made) and i still don’t have access to change.
Please come with support.

The possibility to request change directly from your dashboard has been introduced to offer every artist to be able to access to this service. Plus, if you filled out the message box with the change information, then we will be taking care of it. Please note that we are not working on weekends and after a certain time, therefore your inquiry is being handled or has already been handled today.
