I haven’t requested a payment since March 2024 and I received a payment confirmation a week ago. You tell me that you sent the money to my account. I haven’t received anything since March. Can you tell me when you made this transaction for what amount and on which account please.

Hey @Kiks,
This is because, due to a technical bug, some of your payouts’ statuses hadn’t been updated. We have therefore recently switched all the statuses of your payouts to “Paid” (so you can download the PDF receipt) which has triggered the automatic email you’ve received.
No further action is required from you and no “new” transaction has been made on any of your accounts.
