From my account I can’t understand where you credit the proceeds: I can’t find any trace of payments on my accounts and cards and in the account configuration pages I can’t find any reference to IBAN or credit card numbers. Clearly there is no trace even in the downloadable reports. How do I know where you are crediting the proceeds, when I withdraw them?

Hello @MatteVi, thank you for your questions. I’m not sure I understand what you’re asking specifically, so I’ll just explain everything:

  1. Whenever we receive revenue from the shops, we put them at your disposal on the iMusician account in the form of cash credit, which you can then withdraw on your bank/PayPal account by requesting a payout. The amount of cash credit available on your iMusician account can be seen under Ricavi > Bilancio prelievi > I tuoi crediti > Credito di cassa
  2. In order to request a payout, you must register a bank/PayPal account. To do so, go to Ricavi > Dettagli fatturazione > Account prelievi > Aggiungi un indirizzo per il prelievo
  3. Once you’ve added your bank/PayPal account, you can request a payout by following these steps: Come richiedo un prelievo? | iMusician
  4. After 30 business days, you’ll receive your payout on the account you’ve selected. You can see all your payout requests under Ricavi > Bilancio prelievi > Prelievi
