Payment cancelled/refunded automatically – money missing

Hi everyone, I need help or clarification regarding a payment issue.

I requested a payout of my earnings to my Wise account. The payment appeared as processed on my imusician dashboard, and I can also see a payment entry on Wise, but it was automatically cancelled or refunded before the funds ever reached my Wise account.

Now, the money is neither in my imusician account nor in Wise. It just disappeared from both ends. I’ve already waited several days, but nothing has changed. The money hasn’t been returned or reprocessed.

Has anyone experienced something similar? How should I proceed to recover the funds?
