Payment done but showing "waiting payment 0,00€"

Hello,

I paid for the release of my next EP but it still appears as “waiting payment” (“en attente de paiement”).
When I click on “pay and distribute” (“payer et distribuer”), the order overview page indicates “amount to pay: 0,00€”, and I can’t do any action.

I checked my bank account and I have indeed paid for the release distribution.

Can you please unblock this ? When will be the release date once the bug is fixed ?

Hey @henri1,

The payment was refused and the invoice is still unpaid. Please go on your dashboard under Compte > Facture in order to restart the payment.

@meineneimusic, same thing: please open your dashboard and go in Konto > Bestellungen to pay for your invoice :point_down:
