Payment issue

Hello I really need help for distributing my music. I got payment issue. can anyone help me?

I would advise you to add a valid payment method first and then to pay your order from the invoices section:

I already did it. added a valid payment method. when I click on pay, there’s nothing happening. nothing. I believe that when a payment method is not valid your site tell us or not? but I say nothing happen.

Hello @sharky.rony, I can not see that you entered a payment method:

Please follow the steps:

  1. Enter a valid payment method from Account section
  2. After that, go to Account > Order overview and make the payment again
