I have paid for the release of three singles via PayPal. The money has been deducted from my PayPal account, but the three releases are stuck on ‘Waiting for payment’. Please let me know how to proceed.

It concerns the following singles by artist Alter Moderna:
- In Sphere
- Ulixes
- Mockingbird
I will be able to provide payment info if needed (by DM of course).
There are also 4 other singles which I’d like to release, but I will wait until the payment issue is sorted, before continuing. Thanks for your help!

I see that unfortunately none of the transactions you initiated have been completed. To restart the payments, go to Account > Order review in your iMusician dashboard

Thanks for getting back to me. I have cancelled those transactions and will try again - the first one seems to have gone through in good order.
There is the issue of the money for these 3 failed transactions having been deducted from my PayPal account. How will this be refunded?
You’ll have to look into this with PayPal, on our end we never received the money.
