Thank you for answer Andi. According to your Terms and Conditions, payments should be done under 30 days. It’s not mentioned about business days, so calendar days should apply (general case for payments).
Still asking for a compensation. If I’m not satisfied about this, intending to complain to your Legal Service.

Since you’ve requested your payout on 20.12.2024, you must wait until the 06.02.2025. I understand that you must be very eager to get your money, but this is the normal processing time so I’ll kindly ask you to be patient here

No business days mention. Moreover, I’m working as a CFO and have never seen such a condition about business days on payments. Usually paiements are done under a certain number of calendar days, so your French Terms and Conditions are at least very misleading. And somehow dishonest: you keep your clients money for a very long time for very arguable reasons. Two good reasons to claim about this. Still waiting for a compensation.

For now, everything I’ve told you applies; payouts are processed within 30 business days (we don’t work on weekends and holidays) and you will receive your payout on 06.02.2025 so I thank you for your patience until then
