Payment not received after nearly 2 months

Hi there,

I am still waiting to receive my payout request from the 11th of April.

In the past, these have always been received within 30 days of my request.

Some of my other artist friends are also reporting a delay in their payouts from IM.

Please can you let me know the reason for the delay?

I’ve seen from other topics that the accounting team have responded within a couple of days.

Please can you let me know why this topic has been outstanding for nearly 3 weeks and I still have no response or even a single update?

I am being patient however it’s nearly been 3 months with no payment, when I’ve previously been assured that payment is received within 30 days.
