Hello, good evening, I requested a payment on January 4 from iMusician, on the page it appears as paid but it never reached my PayPal account

I entered the email address linked to my Paypal account but I have not received anything.

thanks for bringing this to our attention. Payments to artists are super important to us and we’ll look into this now. I’ll ask @Maurizio to dive into this for you.
