Payment received and account deleted by Imusician without refund

Hello, I had planned the release of my sound for today. I see that this one has not been released. An e-mail mentions that the photo had a problem (3000x3000) while the photo is indeed in (3000x3000) but the e-mail does not mention deleting the account but to modify it.
I noticed today that it can no longer be modified because the account has been deleted. A payment had been made. No refund received. I pad with Paypal and I have the proof of payement. Can you help me please ?

Hey @BLACKARIA can you please make sure that you’ve entered the correct login credentials ? Your account has not been deleted and the release you’ve paid is still in your library, waiting to be corrected :slight_smile:

Unfortunately the artwork you’ve uploaded is too generic to be accepted by the streaming platforms, so we will need you to add the title of your release + your artist name.
