Payout address date of birth is missing

Hallo zusammen,

ich möchte mein Guthaben auszahlen lassen, bekomme aber die Fehlermeldung “Payout address date of birth is missing”. In meinem Konto finde ich jedoch keine Möglichkeit, mein Geburtsdatum einzutragen. Wie kann ich das Geburtsdatum hinterlegen, damit die Auszahlung funktioniert?

i have the same issue. when I go to edit the payment info and add info you require it says:
“This payout address is confirmed and can no longer be edited.”

Ich habe genau dasselbe Problem und habe es auch schon auf Englisch gepostet. Bisher habe ich keine Antwort bekommem. Das ist sehr ärgerlich, weil ich auch schon ausstehende Einnahmen von März und April habe. An paypal kann es nicht liegen.

Same here… Hat jemand eine Lösung?
Oder hat jemand noch eine alte Emailadresse auf der man iMusician direkt erreicht? Auch ich habe nun 2 Monate Payouts, die warten…

I tried it, but it doesn’t work!
Sorry for my bad English, but I’m German. I’m a long time by imusician digital and I said to all my musician friends: Go to imusician digital, and they did. But now it’s not good. I tried last friday for 5 hours to contact the support. No chance! The chatrobot told me that I’m starter and I have t pay 27 €. Then I would have a chance to contact the support. This is not very nice. So, what can I do now??? I need the money and with March and April it’s about more then 200 €. Few years ago I could talk with Tobi Wirz by telephone, he was very friendly, but now there is no chance to talk with anyone. Hope, you could understand me.
Let me know what happens now.

  • create a new payout address

This will help you to request the payout. As a longtime user, you know that we have different subscriptions, including email support. If you want to get dedicated support, please opt for one of the subscriptions.

hi @singersongwriter Melani already said how to solve the problem, plz see previous post. If you have a starter plan, in fact there is no dedicated support but you can use this forum to post your questions. Plz just don’t post the same question in different posts as it won’t speed up the process. On the other hand, if you need dedicated support, you could consider a subscription that comes with other advantages. plz check this page:
