Payout Not Received

Hello dear iMusician Team.

I have requested on the 12/12/2023 a payout of (DELETED BY ADMIN) into my bank account.

It is mentioned status paid on my iMusician account but unfortunately I have not received the money yet.

I would like to know what is going on.

Hello @banjarbule,

If your payout is still “Pending” after 30 days, it simply means that some checks are being made in order for us to validate the transaction. This is explained here: How To Request A Payout? | iMusician

For now, all you have to do is wait :slight_smile:
