Payout Status: Bezahlt! Aber keine Zahlung erhalten

Hallo,

ich habe am 18. Januar 2025 ein Payout angefordert. Seit etwa einer Woche steht im Status: Bezahlt!
Leider ist aber keine Zahlung auf meinem Paypal-Konto angekommen. Die Adresse stimmt!

Da wäre noch etwas:

Die aktuelle Abrechnung (November) zeigt 22,76€ an Einnahmen, aber mein aktueller Cash-Credit beträgt nur 15,79€.

Ich möchte gerne wissen weshalb mein payout nicht angekommen ist und warum die aktuellen Einnahmen geschrumpft sind.

Update: your cash credit is lower because you received a 10€ penalty from Spotify in last month’s sales report.
