Paypal payment

Hello, I requested a payment on July 11 from iMusician, on the page it appears as paid but it never reached my PayPal account. I think it is because I’ve changed my Paypal email in the meantime. Would it be possible to resend me the payment on my new Paypal account or on my bank account ? thanks

@Bentoan18 the money has already been sent to the account you’ve indicated when making the request. At this stage, it is not possible to redirect it to a new account.

Please check with PayPal directly if you need help accessing your previous account.

I’ve tried to contact Paypal support but I had no chance to get in touch with a human…Anyway, the payment will be rejected by Paypal after 30 days (ie. tomorow) and will be sent back to iMusician, then I guess you’ll be able to redirect it to my updated Paypal account or Bank account ?

@Bentoan18, why would the payment be rejected ? Is the account we’ve sent the money to closed ?

I finally got paid, there were an issue with my Paypal account email…I just added my previous email to my new account and then I was able to accept the payment.
