Pitching bug and paiement

Hi, I try to release my first album. But, at the end, at Command, it gives me an error saying I didn’t selected a track for pitching! I did selected it, but I did deselected it, and selected it again, I tried to select another one, to recharge site, to restart my laptop, and nothing worked. (I selected the full pitching thing in delivery, and release date 01/08/2025, so it should be okay, cause we’re 16/06/2025). But then, I decided to disable the pitching since nothing works and release it, so I did, I clicked command, but then I really wanted it, so I got back. But I now even seen that there’s a fault in the title of a track, and I can’t change it!!

Oh okay, but it’s very long, it took me many hours to select all the instruments that are used, or close ones, cause there’s not instruments like marimba, steel drums, glockenspiel, synth pad, dulcimer, string ensemble, cymbals, or gemshorn alto for example.

I did it all again, using the library, but there still same error message at the end again, saying to select a track for pitching. I selected it and wait some minutes, it also unselect it when i reload the site, but not work

I see, it appears to be a bug… Sorry about that! I’ve reported the issue to our teams and I’ll get back to you once it’s resolved :+1:

Also it’s a track I selected that is orchestral version and it has same title as the acoustic version but doens’t write it on pitching selected track, but I written it in version in tracks.

Thanks, it worked though didn’t let me select the pitched track, I don’t know which is it. I would want Terra Eterna, the orchestral version, track #10. Or the 5th, or 6th could works.

Also, I made two errors, one name title isn’t correct in grammar, cause there was titles in english and titles in french so it got me confused. And a minor error, I inverted two tracks. Can I change that?

So, “Le chant de la lune de crystal” should be called “Le chant de la lune de cristal”. And the 7th should be 5th, the 5th should be 6th, and the 6th should be 7th.
