Pitching to spotify Unchecked box

Hello, I released a single that has been paid for and is still under review. I had checked the box “pitch a song to Spotify” and set the release date on the platforms for one month from now. I just noticed that when I check my single release on the iMusician website, the “pitch to Spotify” box is greyed out, although I’m sure I had checked it. Is this normal, or is there an issue?
If so, here is my release number: EAN 4069493031829.
