Platforms problems - New album not on Spotify; two unacknowledged albums on our profile & music not selected for Spotify playlists when paying. Thank you

Good afternoon,

We are the band Myntra and we have a couple of issues with streaming platforms.

  • Firstly, our second album, “Subnivium,” was supposed to be released today on all platforms. The album appears on all of them except for Spotify. We don’t know if there has been some kind of problem with our profile on this platform.

  • Secondly, on the other platforms (Apple Music, Amazon Music, Deezer, Tidal, etc.), it appears albums that don’t belong to us. They are called “Pill Cosby” and “Sugar Land”. They appear under our band profile, dated October 12, 2025.

  • Finally, we paid for adding our music to be on Spotify playlists; but we received an e-mail saying our music was not selected for Spotify playlists. We paid for that service, so that we don’t understand if there isn’t any single playlist in which we could take part of.

Therefore, we kindly ask you to please tell us why we are not yet appearing on Spotify, how we can resolve the issue of removing the albums that don’t belong to us and knowing the reason that our music can’t be in Spotify playlists.

I have the same problem !! My release is not available on Spotify ! It was suppose te be out yesterday ! Please i need some help

I have a problem, my release is not out on Spotify. It was suppose to be out yesterday , and it’s out on the others plateformes but missing Spotify.
My release La despedida IZADORÄ & Dabzee 4069493497878 don’t appear on my spotify for artist too .

Please i need urgently to resolve this situation

Ok. The point is that it does not even appear on our “Spotify for artists”. We hope it fixes soon.
We have also the other two issues to be resolved. Please, don’t forget to attend them as soon as possible.

Thank you for your answer. I think there is a problem because my song no appears in my spotify for artist in the « upcoming/ release for coming » it’s out in all plateform since thursday but nothing in Spotify. @Carlos let me know when you had a look.

I really think that’s i problem with Spotify, not only a delay, because it’s not appears on my spotify for artists in the upcomings release.

I really need to resolve this problem as soon is possible ,

Hi, @Andi and @Carlos

We’ve just contacted to Spotify and they say they haven’t received the release yet from the distributor site (iMusician). I sent them your link yo the release on the different platforms (Subnivium) and they “double checked” it and they say our release is not available on our artist profile. This maybe also happened to Izadora.

Please, review that delivery so they can upload it as soon as possible.

PS: Let me attach some screenshots of the conversation with Spotify (I have also the entire conversation downloaded in case you need it).

Same for me, i asked to Spotify help service and they told me that the track was not upload on Spotify by imusician. ( have a look on the screenshot, the conversation with Spotify service)
@Andi @Carlos can you please tell me how we can resolve this situation and how many time it will take for get the track available on Spotify ?

I really need a clear answer regarding the situation and if you can resolve the problem, I need a confirmed release date for my track “La Despedida” on Spotify.

Spotify answer me and confirm that the track was never uploaded on Spotify.

Since last wednesday, I asked 3 times to imusician legal service by mail, if it was everything delivery and ready for the release on Friday 05/12 , they answer me 3 times that it was everything well done and ready for the release, and then, no news anymore.
This situation makes me so many problems in the promo and communication for the release, as we announce officially something that never happends.

I need to know how many times it will take to finnally upload it on Spotify with imusician ?
i can’t stay without any exact dates. The track was supposed to be released on Friday 05/12 , we announce it since Thursday in the promo , still not released and no answer from imusician, and we need to know when it can be released.

Please confirm a precise release date by tomorow, Monday morning .

If I don’t receive a clear response by then, I will have to move forward with another distributor to ensure the track will be released quickly.

Your release has been put on hold by Spotify because the artist name Cano (which you’ve credited as a feat. artist on track n°4) is on their watchlist. Please provide us some more information about this artist (website & social media) so we can push a request to the platform.

You can manage that through the platform directly via Apple Music for Artists, Deezer for Creators, etc.

Firstly, about Cano, he is a Spanish musician. He is well known in the heavy metal panorama here in Spain as he was the singer of Centinela. Cano is the name of his project alone (besides of being his surname). I send you some information about him.

Secondly, about those albums, we’ll manage the appearance of those two albums that don’t belong to us; but I don’t know if there could be a way that you can send that information to those platforms, as you are the distributors. Anyway, is there any possibility to do that not happening again under our profile for future albums we may upload with you?

Finally, about the “Editorial Playlist Pitching”, could you please confirm us if we paid for that service and if we did it correctly or, otherwise, we got stuck somehow in the process or if it’s due to another reason?

We’ll wait for further information about these point from you.

How can a feel relax and calm ? I pay for a premium service for get everything released on Time , when I saw that the track was not on my upcoming Spotify fort artist i ask few time to imusician if it was everything delivered and ok for be released they told me 3 times it was all delivered, and it was not !!! How can I feel safe, secure and relax, if they lie to me ?
As we announce it on the promo and social médias since thursday, we just lost all our listening from the promo post since 1 week, and it’s just making a big problem for our promo .

So please, i would appreciated to know on wich day it will be released ?

I already did: it’ll take a couple of days (I can’t give you a clear cdate because the upload depends on Spotify).

Yes, you did pay for that service and you received an email on 10.11.2025 letting you know that, unfortunately, your release wasn’t selected by our playlist team for pitching this time.
