Salve,
Ho effettuato dal mio account iMusician una richiesta di prelievo datata 09/04/2024.
In passato entro 2 settimane i prelievi venivano elaborati.
A oggi (01/05/2024) nessuna movimentazione risulta essere presente sul conto corrente del beneficiario.
Dalla dashboard di iMusician il pagamento risulta “Richiesto”.
Ho letto anche dalla guida che adesso i pagamenti avvengono entro 30 giorni lavorativi.
Mi chiedevo quindi solo se è questione di tempistiche o se vi è qualche problema relativo alla richiesta.

Hello, I made a withdrawal request from my iMusician account dated 09/04/2024.
In the past, withdrawals were processed within 2 weeks.
As of today (01/05/2024), no movement appears to be present on the beneficiary’s bank account. From the iMusician dashboard, the payment appears as “Requested”.
I also read from the guide that now payments are made within 30 working days.
I was therefore just wondering if it is a matter of timing or if there is some problem related to the request.
