Presafe page with Rockstar plan?

Hi Carlos,

I’m new on the platform, so I’m not sure if it’s a proper place to ask the question refering to the topic. I have a rockstar plan and it should contain pre save page right? The premiere of my album release is 8th of Feb but to use pre save page I have the information to upgrade. But it should be active. 'll be grateful for your help.

Thank you so much! I’ve just seen this.

Can I have one more question? I’m classical pianist and to all pieces from upcoming CD Music for the Soul I have simultaneously recorded an official music video but I can’t promote it and share on Facebook or YouTube because I have a problem with copyrights from your company and me as an owner.

How to connect my album and possibility of sharing videos on YouTube as the same artist ?

Do you offer to video distribution to the album? These are highest quality recordings in 4K.

An the best,
Anna Lipiak

We can add your channel to an allowlist. Could you please share the link to your YouTube channel?

Regarding Facebook, please read through the platform’s music terms and make sure that the content you’re uploading on their platform is in line with their guidelines: https://www.facebook.com/legal/music_guidelines

Thank you so much ! there’s a link to my YouTube channel https://youtube.com/@annalipiak .

Talking about Facebook I’ll check it but I share my music and videos for years and I won every dispute now it doesn’t work. But I’ll try to resolve this problem with Facebook support.

Thanks @annalipiak, we’ve added your channel to the allowlist, it should take 1-2 weeks for YouTube to process the changes.

Let us know how it goes with Facebook support

As the classical pianist and performer I have still a problem with full rights holder of the music distributed via iMusician in social media sharing videos and reels with my music.

Please whitelist my Facebook and Instagram accounts in Meta Rights Manager to prevent automatic copyright claims on my own videos.

I try to promote upcoming release but all of the videos I share are blocked because of copyrights and less and less people see my reels. It was a very personal and important release for me but I can’t promote it…

Thank you.

Facebook don’t react for my ask for help.

You cannot share your music through a business account or page as this is considered commercial/non-personal use of copyrighted content.

As I mentionned previously, you must read through the platform’s music terms and make sure that the content you’re trying to upload on their platform is in line with their guidelines.

If you want to be able to share your music on Facebook & Instagram, do so via a personal/non-business account

Ok, the music is now available to add to reels do I use this in that way. But what you mean… cant I share my own playing on my own social media being copyrights owner? Or I am wrong?

I have also a problem because it’s first time since I record CDs that after release my album is not on any Spotify Playlists. You refused to share my music to editors playlists and Spotify playlists. Do now the problem is it’s nowhere only my social media sharing.

What can I do? Your service doesn’t allowed for that?

Thank you for your help.

Hello again @annalipiak,

Yes you can, but only from non-commercial accounts. Meta doesn’t allow licensed music to be used for commercial purposes.

Of course we allow pitching, that’s part of our offer. However, your music needs to match a certain standard in order to be accepted and forwarded to editorial curators. I’m sorry that your track wasn’t selected this time, but you can always try again with your next releases

Best regards,
