If you want to exchange with our team via e-mail, you will have to upgrade your subscription to AMPLIFY+.
Has your release already been put online by the shops ? If so, please provide us with:
- The link to your release;
- The link to the wrong artist profile;
- The link to the correct artist profile (if you don’t have one, indicate “create a new profile”)

We want to doo a new release probably with amplify but the problem we can not select the right artist here it’s the page : Loyan | Spotify
The right one is certifed Loyan with past song bartender realesed with us.

But I don’t understand, the profile that you have mentionned does have the release “Bartender” attached to it, so it is the right profile no ?

Bartender it’s related to Loyan, but Ya no not related and we want to realese new song but when we put the adresse of the page that send you on the ya no estas ?

The new release cannot be published because it sends us to the wrong loyan when we enter the correct profile on your platform
That re direct us to Ya no estas aqui profil and this one it’s not right.

The issue here is simply that the release “Ya No Estàs Aqui” from another artist also named “Loyan” is wrongly attributed to your artist profile (which happens a lot when your artist name is already used by other artists).
I’ve sent a request to Spotify and they will remove this release from your artist profile within 3-4 weeks. In the meantime, you can still publish your release by selecting this profile without any problem
