I can’t seem to figure it out.
For the releases, we (the label) listed the composer as ‘Mauro da Silva’—both for our artist ‘Nellow’ and for our artist ‘Levator’.
On Spotify and Apple Music and the other sites, a profile for a ‘different Mauro da Silva’ is linked. However, there is no profile for our composer on these sites.
How do I link our composer to our music?

Ich habe Musik released und festgestellt, das auf den Plattformen ein Produzent angegeben wird, der den selben Namen hat wie ich, aber nicht ich bin.
Dies würde ich gerne ändern lassen, aber die ganzen Hilfeseiten haben nciht funktioniert. Ich bin seit drei Tagen dran, alle Lösungen auszuprobieren, aber bis jetzt gab es keine Möglichkeit. Wie kann mir bitte jemand dringend helfen.

Danach ist mir auch aufgefallen, dass der Fehler bei einem weiteren Künstler von mir ebenfalls falsch hinterlegt ist. Alle Songs von:
sind ebenfalls mit diesem falschen Produzenten hinterlegt.
Der falsche Produzent mit dem selben Namen ist:
Der richtige Produzent mit dem selben Namen hat noch kein Künstlerprofil, was aber von iMusician erstellt werden sollte, wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe.
Bitte bitte lasst uns das schnellstmöglich ändern.

Das habe ich doch schon alles mehrfach versucht.
Bei dem Formular für Spotify werden Fehlermelfungen bezüglich der Barcodes angezeigt.
Ich wende mich doch an euch, weil ich nicht mehr weiter weiss.
Anstatt mir noch weitere FAQ Seiten zu senden wäre es doch super, wenn Ihr mir wirklich helfen würdet.
Meine Handhabungen sind begrenzt.

Zudem habe ich die 20 € bezahlt, damit der E-Mail Support funktioniert.
Aber auch dieser funktioniert nicht.

Ich habe jetzt den E-Mailsupport aktiviert und bezahlt, finde aber nicht die Möglichkeit in meinem Account, wo ich Kontakt aufnehmen kann. Muss ich warten bis der Release, welcher den Support beinhaltet veröffentlicht ist?
Es ist wirklcih frustrierend, das man ständig nur auf die Hilfeseiten verwiesen wird bei einem Thema, was meinem Image als Label schaden kann und ich nun seit fast 3 Wochen keine Hilfe von euch bekomme.
Bitte schaut doch nochmal, ob Ihr die oben genannten Releases nicht abändern könnt mit der richtigen Seite meines Produzenten.
