Hello, I hope someone is here who can help, cause I couldn’t find an email-support. I’ve got a problem with my invoice. I’ve ordered one single release but I needed to pay it two times. Does anyone know how to get a refund for one of the two invoices? I hope someone can help. Thanks

It seems that your first order (placed on 15.08.2024 at 3:00 AM) was cancelled and then you recreated a new one right after at 3:21 AM.
I’ve issued a refund for the first invoice in promo credit (as per our T&Cs), you can use this amount for any future purchase on our platform
