Problem with released page & Problem with logos/icons

Hi everyone,

I have a release scheduled for May 16. When I placed the order (over a month ago), I requested a release page so I could share it in advance with professionals.
However, it seems like the page isn’t working properly, and more importantly, I can’t edit it. I had the same issue with my previous release last year.

My second issue is that I’m trying to make all the logos/icons consistent across the digital platforms I selected for the release.
But as far as I understand, I don’t have direct access to accounts like Apple Music, Spotify, Deezer, etc.
Should I make a request to you for that?

  1. Release Page: The tool works properly, there simply isn’t any link to share yet since the release date is in 3 days. The reason why you cannot edit it is that you’re currently on the Starter plan, which doesn’t give you access to this feature. If you want to benefit from additional features on your Release Pages (customization, pre-saves, etc.) then you can upgrade to an AMPLIFY, AMPLIFY+ or AMPLIFY Pro subscription :slight_smile:

  2. You must request access to your artist profiles directly through the platform. Each shop has a specific procedure, I’ll let you look it up here:
