Hace una semana o semana y media, os escribí y rellene un formulario para que se me cambiara la canción a mi perfil de spotify que pusisteis erróneamente, el problema que tengo es que voy a sacar otro lanzamiento esta semana, y sigo sin tener mi perfil creado puesto que era mi primera canción, y necesito tener un perfil creado con la otra canción que saqué ya ligada a el.
Hello @nary, unfortunately this is out of our control. On our end, the request was submitted to Spotify and now it’s in their hands to make the necessary changes (they are the ones who misattributed your music, not us).
Also, keep in mind that these changes can take up to two weeks to be processed.
