Regarding Rockstar Release Commissions, we agree that things shouldn’t change, and they haven’t, historical releases are still 0% commission. 
Regarding Artist Hub - the old version is no longer available and Artist Hub Pro and Pro+ are only available on subscriptions. I understand that you may not see this as an ideal outcome, however, the purchased version of Artist Hub is no longer available.
