Problemi con le royalties e catalogo brani

Ciao @Melani, sono Luigi Farinaccio, vorrei porti cortesemente alcuni quesiti.

  1. Ho pubblicato 2 album e diversi singoli, ad oggi riscontro delle entrate praticamente nulle per quanto riguarda l’utilizzo dei miei brani sui social network (tik tok, facebook, instagram ). Mi chiedo se questo sia normale o se ci sia qualche aspetto tecnico o amministrativo da verificare o errori nelle rendicontazioni. Siete sicuri che raccogliete le entrate tramite questi social? Perchè io non ho mai visto nulla di nulla al riguardo. Forse ci sono problemi con i fingerprinting dei miei brani?
  2. Per quanto riguarda Spotify i vostri dati in termini di streaming non coincidono con quelli che visualizzo mediante il mio account Spotify For Artist. Praticamente i vostri sono estremamente bassi, pochissime riproduzioni mensili, addirittura 1 stream oppure 4 stream con conseguenti compensi irrisori, mentre sul mio account Spotify For Artist non dico che ne sono moltissime, ma comunque mi risultano sempre qualche centinaio. Inoltre possibile che nel mese di marzo 2025 mi avete conteggiato 1888 stream Spotify e 60 interazioni You Tube a fronte di 7 centesimi di guadagno? Mentre ad agosto 2025 con 18 stream Spotify e 73 interazioni You Tube mi avete calcolato 9 centesimi? Quindi o 1888 o 18 è quasi la stessa cosa? Addirittura a febbraio 2025 mi dite che ho totalizzato 23 stream Spotify e 247 interazioni You Tube a fronte di 2 centesimi? Mentre a Settembre 2025 con soli 4 stream di Spotify e 42 interazioni YouTube sempre 2 centesimi?
    Come vengono fatti questi calcoli?
  3. Se io personalmente vado ad inserire le mie canzoni su facebook mediante un post o una storia o su un reel, perchè di mi compare la dicitura: " problemi che limitano le prestazioni del post" ? praticamente non solo non raccogliete nulla tramite questo social ma addirittura mi limitate anche la diffusione dei miei brani?
  4. Sulla libreria di whathapp i mie brani non sono tutti disponibili, a dire la verità ne ho trovati pochissimi …perchè? Quindi se qualcuno vorrebbe pubblicare una foto o un video tramite la modalità stato di whathapp ed agganciare un brano specifico del mio repertorio praticamente non può farlo… E’ possibile fare una verifica approfondita su tutti gli aspetti da me sollevati?

  1. Yes, we do collect revenue from these shops. However you must keep in mind that a commission of 20% is being deducted (as explained here) + the monetization is calculated at the platform’s discretion, based on their own internal policies which we do not have any visibility over. We understand that you may be disappointed by the low amount of revenue you’re getting down the line, but unfortunately this isn’t something we have any control over as a distributor. The numbers you see in your sales report are exactly the one that are communicated to us by the shops.

  2. Your Spotify for Artists shows you trends, whereas the sales report on your iMusican dashboard show you sales. These are two very different sets of data and they do not determine one another.   3. You are getting this message because the ownership of your music is assigned to our name for monetization purposes (you license to us the right to collect your music’s revenue on your behalf). If you get a copyright claim from iMusician, it means that the platform’s algorithm is doing its job properly and identifying that the content used in your post is being monetized by us.

  4. I can confirm that all your tracks were successfully delivered to Meta, so the issue doesn’t come from us I’m afraid. We understand it may be frustrating that you’re not able to find some of your songs on a specific platform, however we do not have any control over the way your music is being referenced on specific search libraries. You can try to search for your music by typing isrc:XXXXXXXXX (replacing XXXXXXXXX with the code, no spaces) directly into the search bar.
