My pre-save page does not work. Only two streaming services are visible, for the rest of the services it says a link cannot be found. And when checking the public release page, no links at all are displayed. A reason I chose the Rockstar option was to be able to have a pre-save page and now I do not get what I paid for. Can someone at iMusicians please solve this - it is 6 days until the release date.
Or has anyone else had the same problem and found a solution?
hi @madame_vegas_boudoir , not every service has a pre-save option, as far as I know, this service is available only for spotify and deezer. For the public page, as it has not yet been released I guess it’s normal that there are no links yet
Thanks for the reply! I have seen other artists having pre-save links for Tidal etc. And the whole point of a release page with pre-save links is to have them online before the release, so if iMusican’s release page does not it is quite useless. Is there any way to solve this?
