Products released on wrong platforms - not ordered this way - help?

Hey everyone,

several of my releases on iMusician were ordered to be (everything already paid) released only on very specific platforms (namely ONLY Pandora, Awa, Anghami, KKbox, Melon, Resso, Juno, Tidal, Qobuz, Beatport, Traxsource - NOT Spotify etc.), now support contacted me that these releases are already released on Spotify and request a takedown.

However, I never ordered any release on Spotify, I wanted to cover these other platforms with iMusician, because these aren’t covered by my “normal” online-music distributor.

Can I please get in touch with some support to clarify which platforms I want to which release (this is about 4 different releases), there are no takedowns needed, because I didn’t order these releases to be released on all platforms (I explicitly made sure of this, perhaps there might even be a technical bug where people will select a few platforms for distribution but the system still accepts “Standard Release”, which I clearly didn’t order).
