Promotional revenue

hi

i created an account just for one release we made in 2022.
i almost never got connected to my account as the revenues where low.
when i got connected today to check the amount gathered with streams, i realized that they had converted 95% of this amount (153 euros) in promotional revenue — which is a total scandal.
i don’t care about this promotional revenue and don’t need it.

please let me know how to proceed to transform this promotional revenue in normal revenue

That conversion is done in accordance with our terms of service, which you’ve agreed to upon creating your account.

If you do not log into your account for a full year, your cash credit will automatically be converted into promo credit.
