Hi, I’m an independent artist preparing my first release with iMusician. Before choosing a distribution plan, I would like to clarify one point about your current distribution agreement.
Does iMusician, any of its affiliates, DSP partners, or other third parties receive any right to use my sound recordings, compositions, lyrics, or other submitted content to train, develop, fine-tune, or improve generative AI or machine-learning models without my explicit prior consent?
If such use is possible under your current agreements, could you please explain exactly what rights are granted and whether I can opt out?

All of the terms that apply to our distribution services are listed and available here: Terms of Service Digital Distribution | iMusician.
Regarding DSPs, this will be included in their respective T&Cs. If you do not agree with a specific DSP’s policy, do not select it in your distribution list.
