Following the cancellation of our submission for “The Triumph of Harmony” (UPC 4071624060608), we are trying to resolve this as smoothly as possible.
We noticed in the platform features that releases can normally be edited (even for an edit fee if required). Since all original songwriter/composer credits were already correctly filled in for “Remember Me” and “Rainbow” during our initial submission, the only thing missing was checking the “Reprise” box on those two tracks.
Given this, can we please unlock or re-open our original submission (or process it via a release edit) so we can simply tick those two cover checkboxes and re-submit?
This would solve several technical blockers we are running into while trying to re-upload from scratch:
• “Fichier dupliqué” (Duplicate File) Error: The system blocks new uploads of these audio files. Importing them from our account Library bypasses the upload error, but locks the metadata so we cannot check the “Cover” boxes anyway.
• “Previously Released” status confusion: We are unsure whether to select “No” for a cancelled release.
If re-opening or paying the edit fee to fix the existing submission is possible, that would be the cleanest solution for both sides. Otherwise, please advise on how to clear the duplicate audio files from our library so we can edit their metadata on a new draft.
