Refund not received after release cancellation

Hi,

I recently cancelled a release just 2 minutes after making the payment, and I was informed that I would receive a refund. However, I still don’t see the refund. I will proceed again to release if I will get the refund.

Here are the details of my release:

  • Release title: TATU TATU TA
  • Date of cancellation: 16 May 2026
  • Distribution: CH6542683978
  • Order: #3436312

Could you please check the situation and update me?
