Refund of a non released cover

Dear iMusician Support,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request a refund for a release that I cancelled in July. Unfortunately, I never received the refund for this release.
This is the number: EAN 7611889112321
And I also put a screenshot of the payment

Could you kindly look into this issue and process the refund as soon as possible? The release was cancelled, but the payment was not refunded.
