Refund request for a cancelled release

I paid for the release, but immediately canceled it due to some mistakes with the soundtracks. Shortly afterward, I paid for the release again using the correct tracks.

Both actions—canceling the first release and submitting the second payment—happened within 1-2 hours. I also contacted your support team to request a refund for the first payment, but I haven’t received any response.

Could you please assist me in obtaining the refund for the first payment? I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this matter.

I’ve refunded the invoice #3321635 in promo credit. You can now find the amount in your iMusician account :slight_smile:
